Terms of use

Plain terms for a site with no accounts, no payments and no data collected from your tool input. If you use NechVibes, these are the terms you're agreeing to.

The tools are provided as is

NechVibes is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any calculator, converter or text tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You use the site at your own discretion.

No warranty on results

Every result a tool produces — a calculated figure, a converted value, a reformatted piece of text — is generated by JavaScript running in your own browser, based on the formulas and rules described on each page. We take reasonable care that the maths and logic are correct, but we make no warranty that any result is accurate, complete or suitable for a specific decision. See the disclaimer for tools where this matters most, particularly the BMI and loan/EMI calculators.

General use only

The tools on this site are intended for general, everyday use — quick calculations, conversions and text formatting. They are not a substitute for professional advice, certified measurement, or regulated software where accuracy has legal or financial consequences. Verify anything that matters with a qualified person or an authoritative source before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it — for example, by overwhelming it with automated requests, attempting to access parts of the underlying system you're not authorised to access, or using the tools to generate content for an unlawful purpose.

No liability

To the extent permitted by law, NechVibes and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its tools, including reliance on any result they produce.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time as the site changes. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
